Whitelabel Email Template Sharing (Step-by-Step Guide)

You can seamlessly create template share links that actively allow your sub-account users to neatly import a fully functional template directly securely into their own account. With a very quick configuration adjustment, these dynamic links can also be securely formatted to exclusively use your own white-labeled domain, keeping everything strictly and fully branded centrally to your agency system.

To begin the process, you must strictly generate a standard system share link from the template repository.

  1. Go definitively to Marketing > Emails > Templates.
  2. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) situated directly next to the specific template you currently want to physically share.
  3. Select Share from the resulting dropdown action menu.
  4. Safely copy the newly generated native share link.

2. Grab the Internal Share ID

3. Insert the Share ID Into Your Branded Template
